The Barrel King LLC sells products made from retired wine and whiskey barrels. This material displays the marks and distinctive features of the original maker.  The Barrel King LLC has no license from owners of these marks. The Barrel King LLC is neither sponsored nor endorsed by any person or entity or anyway affiliated with the products originally sold in the barrel.

Return Policy:

Refunds of the merchandise value paid are accepted within 14 days of receipt and must be returned in unused and undamaged condition in the original packaging. Items originally shipped by freight will be charged a restocking fee of 10% of the total purchase price.  Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees regardless of delivery type.  

Exchanges:

Exchanges are not allowed on shipped items. Exchanges may only be made in person at our retail store in Fredericksburg TX.

Buyer understands that The Barrel King LLC's products are built from retired wine and whiskey barrels, including staves, rings, and heads, and that products may vary in size, color, markings and finish from displayed pictures online. These variations are not considered damage or defects.

Damage Policy:

Non-Freight Carriers (UPS, USPS, etc.)

Upon receipt, please inspect your package and notify us of any damage immediately. All claims must be reported in writing no later than seven 7 days from the date of delivery of any damage or defects, shortage, or any other non-conformity with the original order. Include photos of damage whether to the packaging or the product. After the seven 7-day period, The Barrel King LLC has no obligation to remedy any damage, defects, shortage, or non-conformity with the original order. 

Freight Carriers

Refunds

Once approved for refund, The Barrel King LLC will process your refund within 48 hours of approval. Credit and debit card refunds may take 2-5 business days to process.

Warranty:

At the time of delivery, the goods will be free from any defects in design, materials, and workmanship. THE BARREL KING LLC EXCLUDES ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, ANY WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND ANY WARRANTY WHICH MAY ARISE FROM THE COURSE OF DEALING BETWEEN THE PARTIES OR USAGE OF TRADE.

Shipping:

Smaller items, generally less than 75 pounds,  will ship via UPS Ground or USPS standard mail.  Larger items will be shipped by freight. Expedited USPS or UPS delivery is available upon request only and based on product being in stock at time of purchase. Contact The Barrel King LLC at 830-461-6223 to make arrangements. Freight:

Freight items arrive standard freight. Returned freight items must be returned by freight at purchasers expense.
